The Department of Computer Science at DHA Suffa University, in collaboration with the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI), successfully hosted a two-day, hands-on instructor-led workshop titled “Fundamentals of Deep Learning.”
The workshop equipped academic students, faculty, and researchers with practical, industry-relevant skills in deep learning and accelerated computing.
The sessions were led by Dr. Humera Tariq, an NVIDIA DLI Ambassador and seasoned expert in image processing, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning. Her guidance provided attendees with deep insights into cutting-edge AI technologies and their real-world applications.
Participants gained hands-on experience with fundamental deep learning concepts, model development, and tools used by data scientists and AI professionals worldwide. The interactive nature of the workshop and the structured curriculum allowed attendees to apply their learning in real-time.
