As the cold season sets in, the Community Support Program at DSU launched its annual Winter Drive in collaboration with our alumni’s NGO VHelp to bring warmth and hope to families in need.
* What we did: Collected winter essentials including blankets, jackets, gloves, and food parcels.
* Who joined: Class of BBA4, BAP4, BSAF4 showing the true spirit of community.
* Impact: Multiple families in the villages of Sindh will receive support, ensuring they face the winter with comfort and dignity.
This drive was more than just about supplies—it was about compassion. Every donation and every hour volunteered helped turn cold nights into moments of relief.
We extend heartfelt thanks to all who contributed. Together, we’ve proven that when a community unites, no one is left behind.
This activity also connected to the 2nd Learning objective of the course Civic and Community Engagement course.
LO2: Understand the concept of community and recognize the significance of community engagement for individuals and groups.
