This is an advanced level rolling bearing technology course offered with premium international ISO Standard content delivered by a qualified, experienced, and internationally certified master trainer.
This training program will help the participants to transform themselves into bearing damage analysis experts who can easily conduct complex and complicated bearing root cause damage analysis by themselves and save millions of dollars worth of failures & downtime at their plant sites.
In this course, participants will get an advanced understanding of the functions of bearings concerning rotating equipment, its installation, its performance, major signals/symptoms of failure, and principles & practices of predictive maintenance. Participants will use the knowledge gained in this course to minimize bearing damages in equipment thus reducing downtime and cost; performing regular preventive maintenance on equipment, and quickly responding to bearing-related equipment and system failures.
The course discusses the modes of bearing failures in equipment’s root cause analysis, how to check root cause and what methods are available to eliminate them to not occur in the future again. This course will help participants to improve the performance of rolling element bearings in all applications.

      2. WHO SHOULD ATTEND

      1. Condition monitoring technicians and engineers
      2. Rotating equipment, maintenance, and reliability engineers

      3. PROGRAM BRIEF

This It is a two-day program specifically designed for engineering professionals who are interested in transforming their maintenance activities in relation to rolling bearings. They will learn to improve the machine life cycle by improving the life expectancy of the rolling element bearings.
By producing increased operational performance, bearings contribute to the machine staying productive and efficient for a long time. All in all, the plant will be more profitable and reliable as a result of the improvements.
After you learn how to do root cause damage analysis of the bearings, you can prevent problems and damages from recurring in the future. This will save you a lot of money and maintenance expenses.

      4. KEY TAKEAWAYS

    • By participating in this training, participants can become experts in bearing root cause damage analysis. They will be able to save millions by eliminating the major causes of unplanned machine downtime.
    • As soon as downtime is reduced, availability will skyrocket.
    • Instead of chasing failure modes, the maintenance department can focus on development.
    • KEY BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM

      1. Get 1 free root-cause bearing damage analysis report free of cost after the training.
      2. After the training - Get free of cost technical RCFA consulting for three months in case there is any bearing damaged at your plant site.
      3. You will receive damage analysis report formats to write reports later by yourself.
      4. You will get bearing load calculation software excel based for industrial fan applications.

      8. You will receive the copy of the ISO standard on bearing root cause damage analysis.

      KEY FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

      1. This course aims to help students understand how common bearing failures occur, their causes, and what they can do about it.
      2. They will be able to independently analyze any damaged/failed bearing and conduct RCFA without the assistance of an external consultant after attending this session.
      3. Reports on bearing damage analysis will be written using the correct technical terminology.
      4. The machines will be more reliable as a result.
      5. This course will teach you how to mount and dismount bearings correctly
      6. During this course, you will learn how to make shafts according to ISO standards in order to avoid loose or tight fittings.
      7. Bearing lubrication and troubleshooting will be covered.
      8. As a result, you will be able to choose the right bearing for the right job.
      9. You will be able to identify bearings from their sizes to their basic designations.
